Effective Date: April 9, 2026. By accessing liveposters.com (the "Site"), purchasing any product, or joining any email list, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Liveposters, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation based in Nashville, Tennessee.
These Terms govern your use of liveposters.com and any purchase of LivePosters products. Liveposters, Inc. ("LivePosters," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware C-Corporation. LivePosters designs and sells limited-edition concert posters printed live during the night of the performance. Each drop is a one-time production tied to a specific show.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
A drop is a time-limited sales window that opens during the show and closes when the house lights come up. Each poster is printed and hand-numbered after the drop closes. Edition sizes vary by show. LivePosters does not commit to a specific number of units per drop. LivePosters does not reprint editions, with the narrow exception of replacing manufacturing-defective units to fulfill outstanding orders. Some product pages exist for shows that occurred before LivePosters' April 9, 2026 launch — LivePosters did not produce posters for these historical shows; the pages exist solely to allow fans to join the Guest List for future drops.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time, though changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and supported payment methods. Orders must be completed before the drop closes. Items in a cart do not hold inventory.
5. Shipping and Returns
Production begins after the drop closes, not at the time of order. Posters ship within 4 to 6 weeks after the show date in rigid PVC top-loaders, never rolled. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All sales are final for limited-edition drops, except for defective or damaged items (eligible for replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery), wrong items shipped, or shows that are cancelled and not rescheduled. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, monograms, typography, photography, and code — is owned by LivePosters or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Poster designs incorporate artist names, tour names, and venue names licensed from or used with permission of the respective rights holders. When you purchase a physical poster, you own that physical object but do not acquire any copyright, trademark, or licensing rights in the artwork. Personal resale in the secondary market is permitted; commercial reproduction is not.
7. Email Marketing and Prohibited Uses
By joining the First in Line list, the Guest List, or any other marketing list, you consent to receive marketing emails from LivePosters. You may unsubscribe at any time. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, use automated systems (bots, scripts) to place orders or scrape content, impersonate any person, interfere with Site security, or commercially exploit Site content without permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Colors shown on screens may not exactly match printed posters. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEPOSTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before filing any formal dispute, contact support@liveposters.com to attempt informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in Wilmington, Delaware. YOU AND LIVEPOSTERS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS PROCEEDING. You may alternatively bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
10. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. We may modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
