Effective Date: April 9, 2026. Liveposters, Inc. ("LivePosters," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over your information when you visit liveposters.com, purchase our products, or join any email list. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, payment information (processed by Shopify Payments — we do not store full card numbers), and waitlist preferences (cities, venues, show dates, regions). We also collect information automatically: device information, usage data, browsing patterns, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We may receive additional information from Shopify, Klaviyo, payment processors, social media platforms, and analytics providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to fulfill orders and arrange shipping, provide customer support, send marketing communications including drop alerts and waitlist notifications (with consent where required), personalize your experience and surface relevant drops based on waitlist history and regional interests, analyze usage to improve the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information with trusted service providers including Shopify (e-commerce, payments), Klaviyo (email marketing), Stripe and Shop Pay (payments), Dub.co (link tracking), Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog (analytics), shipping carriers, and our print and fulfillment partners. We share certain information with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok) for retargeting and conversion measurement. We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and personalized advertising. Categories include strictly necessary cookies (cart, checkout, authentication), analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog), marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Klaviyo tracking), and preference cookies. 5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. Order and transaction data is retained for 7 years for financial recordkeeping. Marketing and email list data is retained for 3 years from your last interaction or until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in aggregated form. Support communications are retained for 3 years.
6. Your Privacy Rights
You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA: the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination. EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA. 7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's consent to make a purchase. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. International Transfers, Security, and Third Parties
LivePosters is based in the United States and our service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. The Site may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Site or by email where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
