Shipping & Returns
Effective Date: April 9, 2026. Every LivePosters poster ships flat in a rigid top-loader. Production happens after the drop closes — orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks of the show date. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All sales are final, with narrow exceptions for damaged or defective items, wrong items shipped, and cancelled shows.
1. Where We Ship
LivePosters currently ships to the United States and Canada. We do not currently offer shipping to other international destinations. If you would like to see LivePosters ship to your country, contact us and let us know.
LivePosters poster drops are printed live during concerts, not in advance. A drop opens when doors open at the venue and closes when the show ends. Printing begins after the drop closes. Hand-numbering and quality control take an additional few days. Packaging and shipping begin 2 to 4 weeks after the show. Orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks of the show date. You will receive a tracking notification the moment your order leaves our studio.
